Fox News Confronts Senator Over Vote for ACORN

As we reported on Monday, the Senate voted 83-7 to cut ACORN's access to federal housing funds.  Among those 7 Senators who purportedly still support taxpayer dollars going to the tarnished group is Illinois Senator Roland Burris--the junior senator appointed by disgraced former Governor Rod Blagojevich to fill Obama's vacant seat.

Oddly enough, both Illinois Senators voted in support of ACORN--I'd imagine if you do some digging, you'll find some interesting info there, but I digress (for now).

Fox News attempted to find out exactly what motivated Sen. Burris to vote for an organization whose workers have been caught on tape advising on tax evasion and establishing an underage prostitution business.  Not surprisingly, Burris didn't have much to say for himself:
