Last week, you'll remember this blog post I wrote--about a "Big Hollywood" blogger and a "conference call" with the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and other artists during which representatives of the federal government--including the White House--asked artists to play a "unique" role in supporting the Obama administration's policy initiatives.
