Remember Brian and Ed Krassenstein? Well, you don’t really need to unless you want your blood pressure to spike over their anti-Trump nonsense. Ever since the 2016 election and the Russian collusion myth peddling began, these two were at the forefront in taking the war to the Trump White House and its supporters. The brothers were some of the most prominent and prolific anti-Trumpers out there, using Twitter to zing the president. I mean what else is new from folks like this.

Well, you won’t be hearing from them anymore. Twitter banned them for life (via Fox News):

The Krassenstein brothers made names for themselves on Twitter for trolling President Trump, GOP lawmakers, and other big-name conservatives as well as being two of the biggest cheerleaders of Special Counsel Robert Mueller as part of the #Resistance. Both Brian and Ed Krassenstein would make frequent appearances in the replies of President Trump's tweets.

Well, just days after some noticed their accounts were inactive, The Daily Beast reports that they will not be returning to Twitter.

“The Twitter Rules apply to everyone,” a Twitter spokesperson told The Daily Beast. “Operating multiple fake accounts and purchasing account interactions are strictly prohibited. Engaging in these behaviors will result in permanent suspension from the service.”

The brothers have denied any wrongdoing, saying they had secondary accounts to monitor death threats (via Daily Beast):

In a statement to The Daily Beast, the Krassensteins denied breaking Twitter rules

“Twitter claims that we manipulated our interactions through the purchase of fake accounts and fake interactions,” the Krassenstein brothers said. “We have never once acquired anything for the purpose of increasing our Twitter presence.”

The Krassensteins say they only operated secondary accounts on Twitter to monitor death threats, as well as accounts for their businesses.

“None of those accounts were ever used for manipulative purposes as Twitter claims,” the Krassensteins said in the statement.

Between the two, they had over 1.6 million followers. Well, their resistance war just hit a wall. See ya later.
