Michigan Doctor Might Have Been Performing Illegal Abortions, Fetal Remains Possibly Found In Car

In a potential throwback to the horrors of infamous Philadelphia-based abortionist Dr. Kermit Gosnell, a doctor from West Bloomfield, Michigan is under investigation for possibly performing illegal abortions. ABC-affiliate WXYZ in Detroit reported that Michael Arthur Roth has been placed under the microscope by authorities, though he hasn’t been formally charged.

Roth was involved in an accident, where he hit a child with special needs, WXYZ reported. His car was impounded since that incident is also still under investigation. It’s only when police obtained a search warrant for the car’s black box did they find the remains of aborted babies:

Sources confirm 14 containers of human tissue, possibly fetuses, medical equipment and large amounts of Fentanyl, a drug used for pain and sedation, was found in a car owned by the doctor who works as an OB/GYN.

The case started two weeks ago when the doctor was driving on 14 Mile west of the new roundabout at Orchard Lake.

He hit a special needs child who was critically injured. Sources say the doctor was not under the influence and obtained a lawyer.

The news station also added that police obtained a search warrant for Dr. Roth’s residence.

In 2013, Dr. Gosnell was convicted on three counts of first-degree murder, along with involuntary manslaughter of several other babies. He was also found guilty of drug charges. He’s serving a life in prison without the possibility of parole.
