Re: Dean Barnett: 1967-2008

Let me also extend my condolences to the family of Dean Barnett.

Those of you who are long-time readers of the Townhall blog will remember Dean as a prolific and witty writer who became one of the most compelling intellectual advocates for Mitt Romney's presidential campaign.  Dean was also a huge Boston Red Sox fan -- and  was known for his "Chowdah" accent.

Dean and I often held opposing political viewpoints, but he was always gracious and kind.  He will be missed at Townhall.
