Obama Rewrites Pledge to Meet Ahmadinejad?

Today marks the one-year anniversary of Barack Obama's pledge to meet "unconditionally" with leaders of Iran, North Korea, Syria, etc.

I'm hearing reports that Obama just misled reporters at a press conference in Israel today.  He has chosen to re-frame his past statement by saying he would meet with these leaders

“at a time and place of my choosing.”

Assuming these reports are accurate, this of course, is simply not a true recollection of what he said.  When asked during the YouTube debate if he would meet "without preconditions" he answered:  "I would."
