Brownback: "I Was Wrong"

It is rare for a politician to admit he was wrong, but Sen. Sam Brownback did exactly that on a conference call today.

"I was wrong on the surge, and thankfully John prevailed on the surge," Brownback admitted.

During his presidential campaign, Brownback opposed the surge.

He went on to add:  "I believe it would be right for Senator Obama to say, 'look I was wrong'."
