So it turns out Al Franken's company didn't bother to file taxes in California.  Now, Franken is claiming, much like in NY, that he never got the notifications. Franken somehow

manages to receive mail from his Hollywood donors -- and yet he doesn't receive California mail about taxes?  Hmm...

This, of course, is all hypocritical, inasmuch as Franken has talked about the importance of making all corporations play by the rules ...
