Instead of heading to Wisconsin to campaign, Mike Huckabee will be giving a speech in the Cayman Islands on Saturday. Normally, I would say this is unwise. But don't forget, Huckabee's Iowa campaign manager went on a trip to Costa Rica right before the caucuses. What I've learned about Huckabee is that a lot of the normal rules about what works in politics don't apply.
