Hillary-Care is Back!

Hillary-Care
is back.  According to the WaPost:

The proposal, (Hillary) Clinton's first major effort to achieve universal health coverage since an ill-fated 1994 plan, carries a price tag of about $110 billion per year.

The centerpiece of her "American Health Choices Plan" is an "individual mandate" requiring everyone to have health insurance -- just as most states require drivers to purchase auto insurance.
The WaPost also takes the bait and says 47 million Americans are uninsured -- a number I debunked a while back ...

With 47 million Americans currently uninsured, the Democratic presidential contenders have been united in advocating universal coverage.
According to CNN, Hillary calls health care a "right":
"It is long past time that Americans and the richest of all countries realize that health care is a right and not a privilege," Clinton said at a labor forum in Chicago. "And that goes especially for people who work hard every single day."

Katie Levinson sent out this statement:
“If you liked Michael Moore’s ‘Sicko,’ you’re going to love HillaryCare 2.0. Senator Clinton’s latest health scheme includes more government mandates, expensive federal subsidies and more big bureaucracy – in short, a prescription for an increase in wait times, a decrease in patient care and tax hikes to pay for it all.”
