Talk about brazen... Sam Brownback's campaign is declaring (you guessed it) Sam Brownback the winner of the ABC News Iowa Debate!

Unlike the other campaign releases (

which included quotes from pundits, etc.), Brownback's press release is purely the opinion of ... Brownback's campaign.
