David All points out that there's another secret hold in the Senate on a bill meant to increase transparency.

Looks like the "most ethical Congress" evuh is pretty much just like the last Congress. I hope the holder's not a Republican, but as we remember from last time, there are pork-lovin' perpetrators on both sides of the aisle.
