How Was Your Christmas?

I'm at home with my family, having a great time, as expected. I had the family videos converted to DVD, so we spent a good chunk of the day laughing at ourselves.

What about you guys? I hope it was as blessed a day for you as it was for me.

Reader Night Rider sent me this version of "Mary Did You Know," which features pictures from "Passion of the Christ," and "The Nativity Story." I love this song.

I have forgotten to mention it thus far, but if you've got time this week, go see "The Nativity Story." It's not schmaltzy, but subtle, and Mary and Joseph give great performances. Really touching movie, and beautifully made. I liked that it gives you a little insight into the social pressure on first Mary and then Joseph, given that everyone assumed Mary had been unfaithful to him.
