Just a little taste of what it's like to park in the D.C. Metro area.

The parking meter I just encountered has a 30-minute limit.

Upon making its acquaintance, said meter explained the terms to me:

20 min for a Quarter

8 min for a Dime

4 min for a Nickel

But here's the kicker:

For convenience, $1 gives 30 min
