Looking at the map just now, it looks like it's plenty dangerous to own property in New England.

It might be slightly more dangerous for David Souter to own property there in the near future. Activists are trying hard to get the town of Weare, N.H. to turn over Souter's personal property for the proposed Lost Liberty Hotel, which would produce more tax revenue than Souter's house and, therefore (according to Kelo), qualify as a public use.
