Here's the Disturbing Reason Why Florida Will Investigate a Transgender Influencer

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis famously said that the Sunshine State is where “woke goes to die.”

While some states like California continue to “affirm” people who are “transgender,” allowing them to use women’s facilities in public and participate in women’s sports teams, Florida has done the opposite.

And, this week, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced that he would investigate a transgender influencer.

Why? Because the influencer in question, "Lilly Tino," filmed himself going inside of women’s restrooms all over Disney World.

For clarification, Tino is a man who masquerades as a woman.

Uthmeier confirmed the investigation in an interview with Benny Johnson.

“We’re investigating this. We do not tolerate men or boys in women's and girls restrooms, gyms, private spaces... Cracking down,” Uthmeier said.

“It’s amazing we have to have these conversations today,” he added.

Tino’s creepy post opens with a slide that reads, “Ranking Every Women’s Bathroom at Disney World.”

In the post, Tino shared a selfie from different women’s bathrooms across the park and shared his thoughts on the cleanliness, atmosphere, etc.

“Honestly, I was pretty worried at first because Florida isn’t know for being inclusive to trans people. But overall it was a really great experience!” he wrote in the caption.

People’s faces in the video were not blurred or cropped to protect their identity. Keep in mind that this includes children that were pictured in the Disney restrooms. Reportedly, some are seeking legal action over this.
