Recent polls have shown that voters trust former President Donald Trump more than President Joe Biden on many issues, especially the economy. Townhall reported how one recently showed that 47% trust Trump to fix the economy, while only 36% said this of Biden.
Now, polls are beginning to show that voters will support Trump over Biden in the 2024 election, including one poll specific to a battleground state.
A poll conducted by Emerson College and released on Wednesday found that Pennsylvania voters prefer former Trump over Biden in the 2024 election.
In the poll, the results show that 45 percent of respondents said they would support Trump, compared to 36 percent who said they’d support Biden. Eleven percent said they would vote for another candidate, while 8 percent indicated that they were undecided.

As for the U.S. Senate election, 41 percent of Pennsylvania voters said they would vote for Democrat Sen. Bob Casey. On the other hand, 33 percent said they’d vote for Republican David McCormick.

“Biden leads Trump 44% to 39% among voters under 40, however those under 30 within this group break for Trump 45% to 39%. Conversely, Casey leads McCormick 46% to 22% among voters under 40, and leads 42% to 23% with voters under 30,” Spencer Kimball, the executive director of Emerson College Polling, explained.
“An additional group that splits their ticket include voters whose highest level of education is a high school degree or less: these voters break for Trump 53% to 27%, while Casey leads this group 36% to 33% over McCormick.”
Kimball added, “Casey leads McCormick among women, 44% to 26%, while men break for McCormick over Casey 41% to 39%.”
