President Trump criticized Democrats early Wednesday morning for not wanting Carter Page to testify in the investigation into Russia’s influence in the 2016 election.

Page was alleged to have met with Russian officials in his capacity as former adviser to the Trump campaign.
He agreed to testify before the House Intelligence Committee in early June.
The president followed up his tweets about Page with one about Kathy Griffin taking a photo with a beheaded Donald Trump.
“Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!” the president tweeted.
