There was a terrible shooting in Allen, Texas. It was another Christian, NRA, Republican person of pallor who did it. Oh... wait a minute. It turned out not to be any of those things, at least not based on what we know now. It took law enforcement forever to tell us about it, which immediately made me suspicious that the shooter wasn't going to be from one of the chosen murderer demographics – the ones the left and mainstream media really like. And, of course, the answer to criminals going on a killing spree is to blame the people who didn't go on a killing spree and who only want to protect themselves from the killing sprees. That last point wraps up what my Monday column says, which is that the left is trying to destroy self-defense.
