Fact Check: "Full and Good" Access?

On the hot-button issue of military recruiters during her tenure as Dean of Harvard Law School, Elena Kagan today proclaimed that "...the military at all times had full and good access" on campus.

This is simply not true. Whatever her definition of "full" access is, it apparently doesn't include access to the school's main recruitment office. She barred military access, only relenting under Federal threat of witholding millions of dollars.
