During an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity Monday night, House Oversight Committee Ranking Member Jim Jordan went after FBI Director Christopher Wray for failing to sufficiently hold the Bureau accountable for actions taken against the Trump campaign and administration.

"Here's what I want to know. Compare three years of Chris Wray with three months of Ric Grenell. I don't see where the FBI director is taking this seriously," Jordan said. "We talk about all of these terrible things that happened in January 2017 and they were bad. Comey telling them to keep pursing Mike Flynn even though the agents wanted to drop it. Comey meeting with Obama, talking about  the Flynn-Kislyak conversation. Comey going up to Trump Tower briefing the President on the dossier that he already knows is false and of course Comey sneaking guys into the White House to set up Michael Flynn on January 24."

"They were talking about an obstruction of justice investigation into the President of the United States and Chris Wray doesn't seem to care. So we're going to try and go around him and see if we can get some of these guys to come testify and answer some questions.

In December 2019, Wray pledged to take a "number of corrective steps" and institute reforms after DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz found rampant misconduct within the agency.

Meanwhile, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham announced yesterday he will pursue subpoena power for a number of individuals involved in the the Russia investigation against the Trump campaign and administration. The people on his list of desired witnesses includes former FBI Director James Comey and current FBI Director Christopher Wray.
