No, The Mueller Report Isn't Getting Released Next Week

It was widely reported and speculated in recent days Special Counsel Robert Mueller would release his long awaited report on the Russia investigation next week.

But according to a number of sources talking to a variety of news outlets, that isn't the plan.

President Trump will be in Vietnam next week for a second summit with North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un. It was unlikely newly minted Attorney General Bill Barr would allow the report to be released while he is overseas.

When asked about the potential for the Mueller probe to wrap up sometime soon, President Trump said from the Oval Office Friday the final report will show no collusion during the 2016 presidential campaign.
