After more than a decade of marriage and five children Vanessa Trump, wife of Donald Trump Jr., filed for divorce this week after rumors of a split were imminent. She is seeking an uncontested proceeding in New York City.
"After 12 years of marriage, we have decided to go our separate ways. We will always have tremendous respect for each other and our families. We have five beautiful children together and they remain our top priority. We ask for your privacy during this time," the couple released in a statement.
Not surprisingly, there are a number of people who are gleeful about the heartbreaking situation and aren't limiting their attacks to the adults. Worse, they're justifying the attacks due to political disagreements.
Former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton took notice and slammed the media Thursday night for inflammatory headlines about the situation.

Don Jr. and Vanessa Trump's children range in age from three to 10-years-old.
Vanessa played a limited role in the election of Donald J. Trump, although she did attend campaign events with Don Jr. Last month, she was sent to the hospital after opening a letter that contained white powder and a threatening note. She was released without injury or complications.
