WATCH: The NRA vs. Obama on ISIS

Over the past three weeks, we've heard President Obama claim ISIS is contained and that the terror army isn't gaining strength. Within that same time period, we've seen the worst terror attack in France since World War II and an ISIS inspired attack here at home in San Bernardino. We've also seen the White House desperately try to change the subject to gun control and the administration has publicly taken aim at the National Rifle Association by repeatedly accusing the organization of supporting the ability for terrorists to purchase firearms in American gun stores. This accusation is of course, false.

Last night, President Obama addressed the nation from the Oval Office about the terror threat. This is what he said. 

On September 11, the National Rifle Association released the following advertisement featuring Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell:
