It's Time For a National Conversation About Joe Biden's Inappropriate Touching

Earlier this week during an event with new Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, Vice President Joe Biden took the opportunity to get handsie with Carter's wife. This isn't a first for Biden, who has a history of inappropriate hugging, caressing, touching and overall invasion of personal space. Thanks to the Washington Free Beacon, we have a compilation. Respecting personal space, and the wives of other men, is certainly something Joe Biden should look into learning about. He should also look up the definition of sexual harassment.
