Barney Frank on CNN: Yeah, I Ate a Pot Brownie Once

As Guy has said before, Barney Frank is over it. Last night on CNN he told Erin Burnett he ate a pot brownie once and it made him sleepy. He also said he believes in liberty, which is interesting since he's spent an entire career in the House voting for bigger, more intrusive government.

This comment comes months after Frank was seen on the House Floor looking like this:
