Georgia Democratic Rep. John Barrow will break partisan rank to censure the president’s choice for the nation’s top law enforcement post.

An unnamed Congressional aide to Barrow confirmed the decision on Wednesday to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s one-man D.C. bureau Daniel Malloy.

Barrow's announcement comes after Utah Democratic Rep. Jim Matheson said he too will vote to hold Holder in contempt. More than thirty Democrats are expected to vote yes for contempt, although not all of them will make public announcements.

UPDATE: According to Fox News correspondent Chad Pergram, Democratic Rep. Nick Rahall will also vote for contempt.
