Paul Ryan Staying Quiet on VP Talk

Rep. Paul Ryan is staying quiet about possible vice presidential nominee talk with Mitt Romney. Ryan, who endorsed Romney for the GOP nomination a few weeks ago, has been on the minds of political strategists for a VP slot for months. The DNC has also made an effort to attack Ryan and tie him as closely to Romney as possible as we move forward to the general election.

Wisconsin's Congressman Paul Ryan tells NBC's "Today" show the subject hasn't come up, but that he enjoys working with the former Massachusetts governor.

But on the matter of joining Romney on the ticket, Ryan says, "I haven't given enough thought to that question." Ryan says, "I think he still has to go through the process of nailing it down. He still has opponents."
