Sen. Grassley on Fast and Furious: Heads Have to Roll

Yesterday after the Department of Justice leaked an "apology" letter to the press before sending it to the family of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, Senator Chuck Grassley and Rep. Darrell Issa, both who have been leading the investigation into Operation Fast and Furious, went on Sean Hannity's radio program to make clear they won't stop pursuing information until people within DOJ are held accountable for the fatal program. Grassley said the more information that comes out of the investigation, the more egg Attorney General Eric Holder has on his face while Issa explained this is  bigger issue than one operation, that reform of the Justice Department is necessary to avoid fatal programs like Fast and Furious in the future.
