Fundraiser to be Held for Fallen Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry

The one year anniversary of the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is coming up on December 15. Terry was gunned down in the Arizona desert by Mexican drug bandits who were using AK-47s provided to them through the Obama Justice Department's Operation Fast and Furious. Now, friends of the Terry family are holding a fundraiser to honor and celebrate Brian's life on November 12 in Scottsdale, Arizona. There will be a live auction, silent auction, raffle, food, live music and more. The funds raised will be donated to Brian Terry's mother, Josephine Terry, so she can afford to attend hearings in Washington D.C. about Fast and Furious and her son's death. Terry was a Marine, a police officer, a BORTAC Agent for the U.S. Border Patrol and a true American hero.

"It would just be nice to show the family that they don't stand alone and to thank him for his service and sacrifice."

As Cam Edwards points out in the interview, the Terry family has been denied victim status in this case and still hasn't received any information surrounding the details of Brian's death. Nearly a year after his murder, the Obama Justice Department still has not issued an apology to the Terry family for Brian's murder.
