After President-elect Donald Trump left a meeting at the White House on Thursday, he headed for Capitol Hill and met with Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, less than 24 hours after being elected the 45th president of the United States.

The schedule consisted of a personal tour on the Speaker's balcony, a tour of the interior halls, and a closed door meeting between Ryan and Trump.
"We're going to do some absolutely spectacular things for the American people," Trump said before the press were asked to leave the room.
