Did Carmelo Anthony Just Endorse Trump?

While being interviewed after winning his third gold medal in Men's Basketball at the Rio Olympics, NBA star Carmelo Anthony may have signaled a hidden political message by saying that "America will be great again."

The former national champion from Syracuse choked up as he spoke about his country's problems and the future ahead.

“Despite everything that is going right now in our country, we’ve got to be united,” he said.  "This is what it's about, representing our country on the biggest stage you can be on.  America will be great again, I believe that.  We've got a lot of work to do.  Just one step at a time."

Speculations immediately erupted on social media on whether or not Anthony just endorsed Republican frontrunner Donald Trump.
