Fox Poll Has Rubio Up By 16 Points

Rubio leads Crist 43 to 27, with Meek at 21. That's a pretty substantial lead from his earlier polls, which have put Rubio an average of eight points ahead of Crist, according to RealClearPolitics. Still, it's not out of the picture, especially since the trend has just gotten better and better for the conservative heartthrob.

Also out of Fox -- Democrat Alex Sink beats out Republican Rick Scott 49% to 41% in the gubernatorial contest. That means Scott hasn't been able to take a dent out of Sink's lead since he won the primary -- maybe because Sink is steamrolling Scott in the fundraising department. What's even more likely is that Sink is scooping up the mass of Florida independents left and right (literally), and Scott is having a harder time appealing to those voters.
