As this video points out, it took President Bush two days to lift the Jones Act after Katrina. It's Day 73 of the BP oil spill, and President Obama still hasn't lifted it, which would allow unfettered foreign help to assist with oil cleanup. Why hasn't he lifted it? To protect his union buddies.
