McChrystal Hasn't Tendered Resignation

He did offer his resignation, however. The confusion stemmed from a report from Time's Joe Klein, which was clarified via Twitter last night.
Clarification from Joe Klein: Gen. McChrystal as "offered to resign" he has NOT submitted his resignation.

As a side note, this is the first time I've heard of Time Magazine making national news... maybe, ever.
