Eurovision Winner Leaves Something To Be Desired
She's cute. She's perky. She puts on a great performance. But I just can't get used to German Eurovision winner Lena Meyer-Landrut's voice. Her winning song, sung in English, has a scratchy, throaty tone that makes me wonder if she's even fluent, and I was amazed that the woman could get enough votes to even take her to the final round.
