Huge Drops For Obama On Fulfilling Expectations

Gallup found that the drop from what Americans expected Obama to accomplish versus how satisfied they were with what he did accomplish was twice as big as the drop for Bush.

It's somewhat understandable, given that his expectations were so high at the beginning of his presidency. But that doesn't mean he can't be criticized for making false promises. When you run a campaign off saving the world instead of thoughtful pragmatism, there's nowhere to go but down.

I just hope voters will wise up to the rhetoric next time around.
