Another Way To Combate Obamacare: Ban Mandatory Health Insurance

Lawmakers in thirty-four states have crafted legislation that would either ban a prohibition on paying medical bills out-of-pocket, or ban government-controlled health insurance guidelines, according to the

American Legislative Exchange Council. That's a direct block against the passage of health care reform - which is gaining steam after Democrats say reconciliation is more and more likely.

The bill would fine Americans who didn't have health insurance - essentially forcing them to use it - and put restrictions on the types of insurance they are allowed to purchase.
