Kids Taken From Family For 1 Month Over Bathtime Photos

Anthony and Lisa Demaree were added to a list of sex offenders and had their children put into protective custody for one month after a Wal-Mart photo center employee said the Demaree's photos of their children taking a bath were pornographic. Lisa was also suspended from her job as a teacher for one year.

Now, the Demarees are suing both Wal-Mart and the city that took their children from them. They won't release all of the photos because they want their privacy respected -- additionally, their attorney says if the photos were released, they would be putting themselves in more legal jeopardy.
