People for the American Way Intimidating Witnesses?

Sen. Orrin Hatch voiced his concern about a rumor that The People for the American Way were smearing Frank Ricci, the firefighter who won his reverse discrimination case in the Supreme Court last week. Ricci is slated to testify before the Committee during the hearings against Sotomayor, and if he's being intimidated into not appearing, the organization deserves to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Sotomayor said she would strongly condemn this sort of activity if it was indeed true.
