A robbery was prevented by an armed, off-duty police officer near Los Angeles early this morning, the Associated Press reports. After the robber tried to charge the off-duty cop with a knife, the cop drew his weapon and shot the suspect dead, providing another resounding example of why more guns equals more justice.
