Limbaugh Resigns As "Titular Head" Of Republican Party

Saying he was appointed as the "titular head" of the GOP by the drive-by media -- and not the actual Party itself -- Rush Limbaugh officially resigned from the position today on his radio show.

Clearly i am not the titular head of the Republican party. It is not an office I sought, it was an office that was...labeled on to me without my acquiesence. Because so many people think I am the titular head of the Republican Party, today I quit.

He gave the position to Colin Powell.
