Local Paper on NY-20: Republicans Concede...Wait, Maybe Not

Ten minutes ago, sources told Capitol News 9 that Republican Jim Tedisco was ready to concede to Democrat Scott Murphy in the hot NY-20 race after the recount of absentee ballots put him 401 votes behind his competitor. From the front page circa 9:35:

A finish line could be in sight in the race for the 20th Congressional District. With the numbers not looking good for Republican Jim Tedisco, sources tell Capital News 9 that Tedisco could concede to Democrat Scott Murphy as soon as Friday afternoon.
Now, the article is down, replaced by a story about a woman being searched at a traffic stop.

Additionally, a link about the race is down at the local Albany Times Union, where a front page box titled "latest developments in the 20th district race" is curiously un-clickable.
