A disgraceful spectacle in London, in which police arrested a peaceful counter-demonstrator (and Iranian dissident) at a pro-Hamas hate rally and confiscated his sign that read, "Hamas is terrorists." To be clear, that statement of fact is also the official foreign policy position of the British government. But the placard in question angered the Hamas supporters and sympathizers around him -- they're an angry bunch, in general -- so they started harassing and assaulting him. Rather than protecting his fundamental rights and holding the aggressive mob accountable, the cops took him into custody.
Here we see literal terrorism supporters are using bullying and intimidation to control the streets of the United Kingdom's capital city -- with the help of law enforcement:
Incredible stuff. @metpoliceuk do nothing about open antisemitism and terrorist support on their streets, but harass and arrest an Iranian activist with an anti-Hamas sign. https://t.co/lRIeb9iQqY

The police apparently decided to victim blame and, instead of protecting speech rights, told @GhorbaniiNiyak that it’s too dangerous for him to hold a sign that states official UK policy about Hamas being a terrorist group on the streets of London. pic.twitter.com/fUtwLOd6Zq

The police department published a dishonest account of the incident, eliciting an epic 'Community Notes' fact check. It's like they were hoping nobody would realize there's video of the entire episode:

The 'Community Note:'
The altercation was caused due to the crowd's aggressiveness after seeing the sign against Hamas. The man did not take any aggressive actions other than hold it. telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/03/0…
Hamas is considered a terrorist organization by the UK government, and endorsing it is a crime.assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/upl…
Meanwhile, here's the President of the United States regurgitating actual Hamas propaganda (as his Defense Secretary did, before walking it back) on national television:

Biden to @CapehartJ: “I am never going to leave Israel. The defense of Israel is still critical. There’s no red line I’m going to cut off all weapons…There’s red lines. You cannot have 30,000 more Palestinians dead.”

1) That’s a Hamas-furnished stat. 2) Thousands of Hamas terrorists have been killed by Israel, with more to come, hopefully. 3) All civilian deaths in Gaza are on Hamas, which started this war & use their own civilians as human shields, operating out of hospitals and schools. https://t.co/XAPj7QNxVe

And wouldn't you know it, a look at the supposed death toll raises serious statistical suspicions:
This Hamas-published data looks truly dodgy - mainstream media should seriously change the way this stuff is reported. https://t.co/CgC1p6gXYY pic.twitter.com/0rgZUZJQQ7

I'll leave you with a prominent CNN host puzzling over whether a blood-drenched terrorist might really be a liberator figure to some, Houthi terrorists (who have also been cheered on by the Hamas crowd) murdering people, and "pro-Palestinian" bigots protesting the opening of a Holocaust Museum in Europe:
Maybe he’s so revered by Palestinians because he murders Jews? https://t.co/cFgAC9dfuQ pic.twitter.com/d0oeKJBOZN
