That interview concluded just around 11am ET -- before all of this happened.  Roughly 24 hours later, the entire game has changed, Boehner's plan is on the ropes, and the vote in the House has been pushed back until tomorrow.  The obvious lesson is that the situation on Capitol Hill is extremely fluid and moving at a head-spinning clip.  Buckle up for another day of white-knuckle twists and turns.  The stakes are high.
