This woman told me she was en route to a Wisconsin "solidarity" rally near the US Capitol.  Can anyone explain the blood analogy to me, or was she just going for shock value?   Is Scott Walker wielding a bloody dagger?  If so, who's the victim?  Union members who'd prefer to contribute zero to their own pension funds?

Also, will this nurse generously offering to mop up the resulting "blood" demand overtime pay for her trouble?
