du jour:  Duncan Hines has removed an online ad featuring "hip hop cupcakes," after receiving complaints that the beatboxing treats appear to be portrayed in black face.  Eater.com breaks down the row and notes -- perhaps relevantly -- that the director of the spot has a history of producing edgy content.
