Regardless of Obama's failure to mention the price tag of this bad boy, he does detail where the funds will come from.

Obama's class warfare world always pits the private sector against the public sector and he made no exception in this speech. According to Obama, those who must "pay their fair share" are always private sector workers and never public sector workers (read: Unions). Furthermore, he's suggesting that the private sector support failing parts of the public sector.

Oh, and he reminds us that his either/or scenario not "grandstanding."
