This is the same guy who feared that if 100,000 Marines were stationed on the island of Guam, it would "tip over Advertisement and capsize." His other fear centered on the "You lie!" remark by Congressman Joe Wilson to President Obama. Hank thought this statement would lead to white folks putting on white hoods and white uniforms and running through the country intimidating people.
