Matthews: "I Belive In Government" But Why Can't They Plow The Streets?

Matthews was so close to "getting it" but failed to move past the fifty yard line. He stated the metaphorical ties between government and its inability to get things done--like plowing city streets--but the light dimmed the moment he said, "I believe in government." Reality does not penetrate leftist ideology.
